This website is owned and operated by FON Candy Floss. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FON Candy Floss.  This includes all information, tools and services available from this site to you, “the user”, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting this site and or purchasing product or services from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.  These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

All images are copyright protected and owned by FON Candy Floss and cannot be used, duplicated, copied or altered without permission.

The information used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these terms.

This store was created by Slightly Different Limited. Our e-commerce platform is hosted by WooCommerce which allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Orders

We are not responsible for orders that are incorrectly placed.  It is the buyers responsibility to review the information before checking out. You may contact info@foncandyfloss if you have any question before finalising your order.

All orders placed will be confirmed by us via email to the customer before it is deemed to be accepted.  We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any order for any reason at any time.

Products ordered are subject to the prices published on the FON Candy Floss website at the time of ordering and subject to change without notice.

All payments due must be received in full before orders are accepted.

GST not currently applicable to our product pricing.

Please note:  Our candy floss is produced in a facility that handles nuts.

 

Social Media

Our customers are very important to us and your feedback is always welcomed. We respect any positive or negative information given by our customers and use it constructively to grow as a company and improve customer service.  It is recommended that before you post negative feedback to social media or any media channels that you contact us directly to resolve your dispute. You understand that you are accountable for any hinderance from any online backlash resulting from a display of derogatory information and may result in a null and void contract as a result.  By ordering any product from this website, you are fully aware of and understand the above information.

Refunds

Please order carefully and follow all advisories on our website, since food (consumable) products cannot be returned.  If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us before you submit the order.

Late or missing refunds-if approved 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Incorrect Merchandise:

If upon receipt of your order the incorrect merchandise is received we will do our best to correct the issue in a timely manner.  We will re-ship the correct merchandise using the shipping service level purchased at the time the order was placed.

Note:  Even if you don’t need the product right away, please open the product and inspect immediately following delivery as this will give you the best outcome if there is a discrepancy.

Heat Sensitive orders (Hot Weather issues)

As stated on our FAQ Page, and listed above under Return Policy

Candy floss is heat sensitive: Sunshine, excessive heat, high humidity, and excessive vibration will all reduce the life of the product.  Store below 21 degrees to get the longest life of your candy floss possible.  Do not refrigerate.

FON Candy Floss cannot take responsibility for products damaged left in transit due to extremes in temperature, nor will we replace any product before reviewing the delivery circumstances and whether our heat guidelines were followed at the time of the order.  We cannot refund orders for heat related issues if you don’t follow our guidelines. In the event the order arrives damaged or in unusable condition after following our guidelines, a claim must be submitted within two days after physical receipt of the product. The product must not be opened or it nullifies the refund. Please send all queries to info@foncandyfloss.co.nz

Exchanges

All products are made to order according to customer choices therefore we will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have a defective or damaged product please get in touch with us via email info@foncandyfloss.co.nz within 2 business days so we can rectify the situation.  After 2 business days we can no longer process exchanges or refunds.

Shipping

Shipping within New Zealand takes approximately 7-10 days from the date ordered.  If you are unsure about a product, please contact us before you place your order.

  • We take no responsibility for any delivery delays that may be caused by circumstances beyond our control.
